This is more-or-less ready, right?

Would it be possible to test it with script bdmtoolbox/tutorial/merging/merge_grid.m?

* create a class enormmx with coresponding matlab functions (enormmx_sample) atd. * change one of "enorm" classes in pdfs.m to enormmx * compile merge_grid with included header with <enormmx> * the result should be the same as for enorm
